Shipping Policy – Naofit

At Naofit, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Our logistics partners work efficiently to ensure a smooth delivery experience.


Order Processing

Once you place an order on the Naofit website, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are usually processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of successful order placement.

Orders are shipped on all days except Sundays and public holidays.


Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically delivered within 1–7 business days

  • Sundays and public holidays are excluded from delivery timelines

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen courier delays

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.


Shipping Address

Customers must ensure that the shipping address, PIN code, and contact details provided are accurate. Naofit is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the package, our delivery partner will contact you.

  • After three failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and cancelled

  • For prepaid orders, 50% of the order value will be refunded

  • Customers will be notified regarding the cancellation and refund


Delivery Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹200 shipping charge

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout. Product prices do not include shipping charges.

Naofit reserves the right to modify shipping charges or free shipping eligibility during promotions or seasonal sales.


International Shipping

Currently, Naofit offers international shipping on request. Please email us at hello@naofit.com with your delivery location and order details. Our team will share a shipping quote accordingly.


Force Majeure

Naofit shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, transport disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
