Refund policy

Our delivery logistics team works diligently to ensure your Naofit order reaches you on time and in perfect condition. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, and we will begin processing it immediately. Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking details. Orders are usually delivered within 1–7 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location within India and unforeseen delays beyond our control.

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please provide accurate shipping details, including your complete address and correct PIN code. Orders are shipped on all days except Sundays and Holidays.

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, our logistics partner will contact you. In case of no response, a failed delivery attempt will be recorded and another attempt will be scheduled. After three failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and automatically cancelled. For prepaid orders, 70% of the total order value will be refunded, and you will be informed accordingly.


International Shipping

Currently, Naofit ships internationally on request. Please email us at hello@naofit.in with your order details and delivery location. Our team will share a shipping quote based on your destination.


Delivery Charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Not Available

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout and are not included in the product price. Naofit reserves the right to revise free shipping eligibility during promotions or seasonal campaigns.


Force Majeure

Naofit shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). These include, but are not limited to:

  • Strikes or industrial action

  • Civil unrest, riots, war, or terrorist activity

  • Natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, storms, or epidemics

  • Disruptions in transportation or telecommunication networks

  • Government regulations or restrictions

During such events, our obligations will remain suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event. We will make reasonable efforts to resume operations as soon as possible.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Naofit doesn't offer Cash on Delivery 


Returns

Naofit offers easy returns within 7 days of product receipt. Returns are processed in the form of store credit, after deducting shipping charges, once the product is received and inspected.

  • Items can be returned only once per order

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the return to our warehouse address

Non-returnable items:
Swimwear, lingerie sets, panties, and accessories including masks and scrunchies.


Exchange

All exchanges are handled as returns. To exchange an item, please return the original product for store credit (shipping fees deducted) and place a new order on our website.

This policy applies to all eligible products returned within 7 days of delivery. Non-returnable items remain the same as mentioned above.


Cancellation

Once an order is placed on the Naofit website, cancellations or modifications are not allowed. Please review your cart carefully before completing payment.


Claims

All claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products will be accepted only with a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package.
